Impulse Script is free Software wich is based on the mIRC IRC Client, wich is not for free. This Release is an early beta version of the project wich has been released because some users wanted it and because the development is going on very slow or is paused. The download includes an older mIRC version, but the Script is working with the latest version (6.34) too, except of a small errormessage when you using the contextmenus.
